BAŞAK YAPI has been founded within
the year of 1988 at Istanbul / Turkey in order to serve Heating,
Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industries as an Electromechanical
design & build Contractor and continues its activities for
the last 16 years.
During this period our Company successfully completed mechanical
and electromechanical construction works of numerous major projects
on design & build basis, among them are five General Headquarters
Buildings for Commercial Banks, more than 400 bank branch offices,
Palace of France (Istanbul), Palace of Ibrahim Pasha, Turkcell
General Headquaters Building, Gima Headquarters (Istanbul),
so many hotels, Business Centres and Shopping Malls.
A division of our Company is established as a workshop at Levent
Industrial District, Istanbul for manufacturing and installation
of ventilation ducts from galvanized steel sheet material and
is active for the last 11 years at the manufacturing of flanged,
air-tight ventilation ducts.
On the other hand our Company is also active in the field of
Service Contracting for 14 years by supplying total technical
service, i.e. maintenance, installation, rectifying and mechanical
management for air conditioning equipment, to several commercial
banks and firms.
Currently all Finansbank and Tekstilbank branches all over Turkey
have been mechanically serviced and maintained, besides many
companies are benefiting from maintenance services of ours through
a separate organization within our company, located and active
at its own premises at Okmeydani, Istanbul.
Our Romania Branch has been registered at Romania within the
year 2004 and continues its contracting activities.
